#SFGIANTS...

The best thing about Halloween embellishments is that they double for SF Giants embellishments! It really is so nice of Halloween to share orange and black -- and also so appropriate for the Giant's recent appearance in the Fall Classic! GIANTS FOREVER!

My First Official Paper Issues Blog Post...

Oh. My. Goodness. I am up on the Paper Issues Blog today with my FIRST post a Creative Team Member!

I'm highlighting both a double- and single-page layout below that I put together with Gramercy Road from Gossamer Blue; my go-to line this fall! These are our family photos* taken last November and this line was TOO perfect for them! I absolutely adore the mix of traditional and non-traditional colors in this fall line -- especially the navy and pink -- and the leaf die cuts are my FAVORITE!

If you haven't already gotten your hands on this line, make sure you check it out in the Paper Issues Shop and use the code, "Becky," for 20% off your order!

Family is Forever...

Today over on the Paper Issues blog Sherri Funk is putting the spotlight on Gossamer Blue! I recently put together the "Greige" 4x4 Instagram album from We R Memory Keepers using the Gramercy Road line by One Little Bird for Gossamer Blue and I wanted to play along with Sherri and highlight this line today as well!

Gramercy Road is literally my favorite line this Fall! Warning; this post is VERY photo heavy! In this mini I put together a collection of our 2013 family photos taken by the talented Mrs. Keri Hughes and Gramercy Road worked so perfectly for these photos! These mini albums go together so, so, so fast and I absolutely loved how this turned out!

This 4x4 album size is thebomb.com -- LOVE THEM!!

Thank you for stopping by today and remember, if you need to get your hands on this line use code "Becky" at the Paper Issues shop for 20% off your entire order! Paper Issues has both the We R 4x4 Albums and all of the new Gossamer Blue lines in stock!

An Afternoon Stroll...

A just for fun layout of my fur kids on a little stroll together. Walking three dogs is no joke -- LOL! I love capturing these little everyday moments that aren't particularly memorable but bring a smile to my face when looking back on the moment; I guess that is truly what this hobby is all about!

The Good Stuff...

This page is a doozy! Once again I have taken it as a personal challenge to get AS MANY PHOTOS AS POSSIBLE onto a layout. It's kind of my thing! On this double-page layout that includes a pocket page insert AND a mini accordion album I was able to get 13 (!) photos on this baby. It doesn't beat my record, but I'm proud nonetheless.

These photos were taken during a day trip to Tahoe with some good friends of hrs - it was an absolutely gorgeous day for sight seeing in Tahoe!

All papers and embellishments are from the Shine line by We R Memory Keepers. Pick up this line from the Paper Issues shop for 20% (your entire order) using code "Becky," at checkout! Remember, free shipping on orders over $60 after all codes is applied!

One Last Glimpse of Summer...

I love when a layout comes together easily because the photots and the paper where just meant to used together! The Pebbles Inc. Lakeside collection was pretty much MADE for THIS layout in mind!!

Lake days are one of my favorite things about summer and the kids turn in to mermaids during the summer and they would swim all day, every day if possible!

I used the PinkFresh Studio wood chevrons on this layout to pull out the oranges and pinks in the patterned papers! Those chevrons gave my layout the perfect "pop!" I will also be linking this layout up to the current link party over at Paper Issues sponsored by PinkFresh Studio!

Also perfect for this layout were some of the acrylic embellishments from Color Cast Designs! These little bits and pieces really do incorporate well with just about any project on your desk! I love to add one or two to my pages to highlight something; like the tag above that functions as my journaling for this page!

A Special Month...

I have said it before and I'll say it again...fall themed scrapbook supplies are my FAVORITE!! I created the following card with some random scraps from my stash and the orange acrylic leaf from the Color Cast Designs Fall Kit! Her fall and Halloween kits are to. die. for.

Anson and I are also celebrating our 4th anniversary this month and I wrapped up a little gift for him using the Fancy Pants chalkboard tags, some gorgeous ribbon from my stash and another acrylic shade from Color Cast! The Color Cast acrylic and wood veneer shapes are just so versatile!

Get Inspired...

There is an all new feature up on the Paper Issues blog today; Pinspire Me Monday! Corri Garza selected this inspiring Pin for her layout over at Paper Issues and I decided to play along with a layout of my own!

I found some perfect Mr. Huey's in my stash to try a new technique with - I NEVER water color on my layouts and I figured this was as good of time as any to give it a go!

....And....I am actually very pleased with the results!

My sister's family is just so gorgeous!

I used Mr. Huey's from Studio Calico and acrylic and wood embellishments from Color Cast Designs on this LO!

Head over to the Paper Issues Blog to see how other PI girls were inspired by Corri's Pin and if you need anything from the shop, use the code "Becky" for 20% off!
