I Love You More...

This is probably by far one of my most favorite projects of all time! I pulled everything I could find from my stash that was black and/or gold  and printed my favorite photos of Anson and I from the past 4 years and went to town on this 4x4 album! This little album came together so quickly and I really got to use some of my favorite bits since the photos matched everything I had pulled. I heart B&W! I will try to make note of where product is from if I can remember (some of it is very old).

Pink + Circles = Scrapbooking Win....

The new Paper Issues Sketch designed by Jennifer Chapin is live on the Paper Issues Blog today! Play along with the sketch for the chance to win a January Swag Bag!

I la la la LOVE the circle inspired sketch this month - I never use circles when I scrapbook so this was an awesome way for me to mix things up!

For my take on the sketch I used Bella Rouge by Pink Paislee -- this line is just so sweet and was perfect for this soft photo of my niece!

If you haven't already picked up some Bella Rouge be sure to head over to the Paper Issues shop and use the code, "Becky," for 20% off your total order + free shipping on orders over $60 (after discounts are applied).

Making December Daily Simple!

Today I am up on the Paper Issues blog with my version of December Daily! Check out more photos below...

I have serious Project Life, Week in the Life and December Daily anxiety. Scrapbooking something weekly or daily (even monthly) makes me go into OCD overdrive and I start making extensive lists and plans and then I start sweating right before the pending scrapbook related meltdown. The next thing you know I'm sitting in a corner drinking Gin straight from the bottle and sticking enamel dots on the dog. Trust me, nobody wants to see that!

However, I always end up having at least 3 or 4 (if not more) holiday LOs that I end up adding to my to-do list so this year I decided to try a version of December Daily. I did not hold myself accountable for including something every day for 25 days, rather, I simply accumulated all of my family's December activities into a themed album for the month!

I wanted to make this as simple as possible so I bought Simple Stories Cozy Christmas SN@P cards, embellishments and papers from the Paper Issues Shop in the hopes of making my December memories come together quickly! I also used a collection of the Christmas wood veneer and acrylic pieces from Color Cast Designs including the Classic Christmas set, the 2014 Christmas Ornaments set and the Snowflakes!

Check out the Paper Issues store for all your December Daily-ing needs! Use the code "Becky," for 20% off your entire order and $60 after discounts ships for free everyday!

Finally, make sure you check out the Color Cast Designs site for the Christmas sets I used above and the SUPER awesome "One Little Word" sets that Jessica has worked up for you going into the New Year (BIG and small)! Use the code, "Rebmnmny," for 10% off your entire order!

Paper Issues is Sketchy on Saturdays...

The December Paper Issues Sketch is live on the blog right now and if you are so inclined to play along and link up to that paper issues blog you will have the chance to win a $10 Paper Issues gift card!

I used Open book by Maggie Holmes for Crate Paper for this layout - I absolutely love the gold doilies from her line. Actually, I adore EVERYTHING from this line!

Should you need to pick up any supplies to play along with this month's sketch, use the code "Becky" over at the Paper Issues shop for 20% off your entire order + free shipping on $60 (after all applicable discounts)!

It's Getting Sketchy Up in Here...

Today the December sketches for PageMaps went live and I was fortunate enough to be featured along with 9 other girls from the Paper Issues Creative Team! I got to work with this awesome 12x12 double-page sketch...

...which inspired this layout using Maggie Holmes Open Book for Crate Paper! Maggie's line was perfect for these vintage style photos of my niece by Ford Family Photography!

These banner tags, and woodland creature die cuts are from the Open Book Ephemera Pack - so stinking cute!

The Open Book Printed Flowers and Leaves are gorgeous, complete with glitter and gold foil! You get SO MANY in a pack too!

Finally, a page with Open Book wouldn't be complete without these stunning gold, glitter, script thickers - this is my favorite embellishment from Open Book!

Check out Maggie Holmes stunning Open Book line in the Paper Issues shop, if you haven't done so already, and get 20% off you entire order + free shipping on orders over $60 (after the coupon code) using the code, "Becky."

Check out the PageMaps blog today for a chance to win a $25 gift card to Paper Issues as well!

Also -- don't forget to head over to the PageMaps site for TONS of sketches and inspiration to get your creative juices flowing!
