Farm Fresh

It's New Issue Monday over at Paper Issues and the theme for this month is "Which Kraft!"

We'd love for you to play along with projects having to do with Halloween or October outings, using kraft elements (paper, embellishments, etc.), by adding some texture using burlap or cork, create a project about crafts you do, or use a witches' hat/broomstick/cauldron/black cat, etc.! We cannot wait to see what you create!

I played along using Shimelle's Fall line from last year, Go Now Go! If you missed this line last year, don't worry, because we have some left and it is such a great line, you won't want to miss out!

Thank you so much for stopping by to take a look! Be sure to check out all of the October challenges from Paper Issues in our Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook group!

Product Spotlight: Pinkfresh Studio

Hello ladies! Today I have a new layout up on the Paper Issues blog for the Pinkfresh Studio Product Spotlight!

My absolute favorite thing about Pinkfresh Studio is how think and luxurious their paper and cardstock stickers are! Paper heaven! I stole this pretty Christmas photo off my sister's Facebook page of her and her girls all dressed up for Christmas. I used the 6x6 Paper Pad, the acetate die cuts, the gold foil phrase stickers, and the puffy stickers on this layout!

I went crazy with all of the layers and bits and pieces with this line!

I loved working with the acetate die cuts against the Bazzill shimmers cardstock!

Word phrase stickers are currently my favorite embellishment - a layout isn't complete without them!

We have Issues...Paper Issues...

Hello! We have a new Issue live up on the Paper Issues Blog and in the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook Group! Be sure to stop by the blog and check out all the details for this month's "Going Cold Turkey in Snow-vember" Issue. I can't wait to see what you create with inspiration from Lisa's prompts!

I used the new Fall is in the Air line from Echo Park to document my favorite part of Thanksgiving - EATING!

This line has a tong of great ephemera, cardstock stickers, chipboard stickers, washi and enamel dots and I went crazy with embellishments on this page and love how it turned out!

I also sneaked some wood veneer from Color Cast Designs' 2015 Thanksgiving release in there because they were too perfect not to use!

Thank you so much for stopping by to check out the details. Be sure to pick up this line from the Paper Issues shop - for 20% off your order use the code BECKY!

We've Got Issues....Gleam Catchers Addition...

You don't write...you don't call...

Ok, ok, ok...I know it's been awhile! But, you know...holidays, a wedding, a honeymoon, Little League, Volleyball, Basketball...LIFE! I've been a little busy but I'm back!

There is a brand spankin' new Issue starting over at Paper Issues today and it's a good one! Check out the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook page for all the details on how YOU could be a winner for playing along!

I used the Starshine line from Shimelle for American Crafts for this layout of Anson comforting Jaxson during a thunder and lightening storm. This kid is NOT a fan of thunder at all! No thank you, please!
I loved this celestial background paper and I wanted to use it for a layout where I would be able to see a lot of the paper. I did minimal layering with some patterned paper strips and chipboard from Shimelle's collections and then I added a few silver puffy star stickers from Twine & Ink to finish off the layout.

Simple and fun! Most importantly, another moment documented!

Thank you for stopping by to take a look! Make sure that you check out the new lines coming into the shop weekly and use the code BECKY for 20% off your entire order!

TwoFer Tuesday at Paper Issues...

It's Two-Fer Tuesday today! This month I am up on the Paper Issues blog with a new double page layout that I la la la love! I kept the design of my page pretty simple with 3.75" square photos and patterned papers.

I used the Shine line by Maggie Holmes for Crate Paper.  The best thing about Maggie's lines is the abundance of embellishments! Be sure to check out all the details over on the Paper Issues blog!

Thank you so much for taking a look today! Be sure to link up your double page layouts in the January Challenge Album in order to win one of two $10 gift cards for this month! You'll need to be a member of the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook group to play along!
