Happy Holidays Cut File...

There is a brand new cut file live in the Paper Issues shop today and I have played along with the new cut file on the Paper Issues blog today with the rest of the design team!

 

I played along using the Pinkfresh Studio Christmas Wishes line and this adorable photo of Olivia being cute (aka begging for food).

 

 This little mouse die cut is probably my favorite! He is just so cute!

 That penguin? Apparently, I am a sucker for critters! I also really love the rubber charm stickers from this line ("Warm Winter Wishes")!

 I cut this cute Christmas bear out of another sheet of patterned paper and the word phrases are from the die cut pack!

 I cut the Happy Holiday's banner out of this patterned paper using my Silhouette and this month's FREE cut file. I used a grey pen to trace the cut file in order to make it stand out better against my layout.

 This check naughty or nice die cut is too perfect for Olivia, who can certainly be a naughty little thing! The enamel star sticker was a favorite embellishment from this line's rubber charm pack!

Color Cast Designs Holiday Release...

At 11:00am EST today...which has already come & gone if you are reading this...the October Color Cast Designs release will be live on the Color Cast Designs website and OMG, it is the BEST release yet!

Six, yes SIX, Christmas sets in two different color schemes! A Halloween set! AND a Thanksgiving set! 

On my layout below I used elements from the Merry& Bright set as well as the coordinating nesting hearts paired with the new Pinkfresh Studio, Christmas Wishes line. 

 It is super fun that Jessica used non-traditional colors in her Christmas sets including teal and pink!

This frame and sentiment pictured below are from the Pinkfresh die cut pack, as are the adorable deer die cuts below.

The "trimming the tree" sentiment is also from the Merry & Bright set from Color Cast.

These photos of my niece Dara make me so happy! She is so spunky and spirited and she does what she wants! 

My inspiration for this layout was one of the Scraplift Sunday layouts in the Paper Issues [Friends & Fans] group by Dona Howe!

I used the Up in the Clouds collection from Pinkfresh Studios for this layout! It was the perfect collection for these whimsical photos of Dara twirling around at the zoo!

I absolutely love these water color script alpha stickers! I wasn't too sure about them at first, but on a layout I totally fell in love with them!

I layered die cuts, wood buttons, patterned paper and the gold foiled 3x4 cards on this layout!

I'm Pinspired, are you...?

Hello! Today is Pinspire Me Monday over on the Paper Issues blog and I played along with this Pinterest compiled collage that Leah pulled together!! I absolutely LOVE these colors.

 

I used the Pinkfresh Up in The Clouds line this this layout of my sister and her pup Ginger before Ginger officially belonged to Grace. 

Grace spayed Ginger while she was in Vet School and fell head over heels in love with her! Grace couldn't stand the thought of this little nugget heading back to the shelter without a momma to love her so Grace drove out to the shelter a few days after Ginger's spayed and officially adopted her!

If you know my sister, you know there was NO WAY she was going to make it through Vet School without adopting at least one animal! LOL

Hello! As we head into Mother's Day weekend I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get some "you" time in!

There is a new feature each Sunday in the Paper Issues {Friends and Fans} group on Facebook called Scraplift Sunday! Each Sunday we pick one of the layout that a design team member created from  from the previous week for you to lift! 

Last Sunday the amazing Meaghen Calder created this layout as part of the April Printable Roundup.  I was inspired to pull our the Pinkfresh Studio Up In The Clouds line and lifted Meaghen like so...

 

This line is so fun! The perfect line for those teenager selfies stolen from my kid!

 

I don't think I will ever get enough gold in scrapbooking!
