#Paper #Issues...

Today I am teaming up with some of the Paper Issues Design Team to showcase the FREE Paper Issues printables! Check out today's Paper Issues blog post for loads of inspiration using the printables!

I used the Paper Issues Crop printable for this yellow and black layout with the Paper Issues Design Team announcement! Using Kasiercraft's Shine Bright line, the new Doodlebug Alphas and a Bella Blvd fabric bow this came together quickly! Who isn't loving the yellow and black trend right now??

I never feel like a layout is totally complete without enamel dots.  It's like a sickness! I love them so much!

These awesome Color Cast Designs #Hasgtagit acrylic and wood veneer embellishments complimented this page perfectly

Stuck Sketches Inspired...

Hello! Today I am sharing a LO inspired by the April 15th Sketch from Stuck Sketches!

Using Elle's Studio Cienna and this adorable photo of Olivia I interpreted the sketch quite literally!

This line from Elle's is one of my most favorite! I love them die cut pack - it made this page come together really easily!

I also used some stamps from SugarPea Designs to stamp on the yellow Elle's 3x4 card that I cut down above. This layout also works perfect for the current Link Party over on the Paper Issues blog!

Scraplift Sunday...

Happy Mother's day! Coincidentally it's also Scraplift Sunday over at the Paper Issues {Friends & Fans} Facebook group! If you're not a member, add yourself right now for instant inspiration, fun events and scrappy chat all week long!

This week we picked Devra Hunt's Swag Bag layout from this Paper Issues blog post as inspiration!

I lifted Devra's layout  for the left side of my page and added on a second page for this 2-page spread of my niece! Yes! I am still working on her baby book but I'm nearly done!

I used Heidi Swapp's latest collection, Wanderlust, for this layout. The jewel tones paired perfectly with these photos by Ford Family Photography.

I broke out a collection of my favorite Thickers for a looooooong title! I love to mix and max my Thickers - it makes me happy!

Even a few Swag Bag bits made it onto this layout, like this chipboard "favorite" frame from the February Swag Bag!

I love these little paper clip flags from the collection as well as the die cut flowers included with the Wanderlust Flea Market Pouch

With some final touches from my stash, including the pink doilie and the kraft paper bows, I called this one finished! Nine photos in all! BOOM!

Thank you for stopping by for a look at all the details!

You can pick up the Wanderlust collection and all of the latest and greatest collections from your favorite manufacturers from Paper Issues at 20% off using the code "Becky." PLUS, free domestic shipping on orders over $60 (after all discounts applied).

This Moment. Right Now...

Elle's Cienna is by far my favorite line from Elle's to date! I love the soft colors and how perfectly well this line, although Valentine's day theme inspired, really works with so many themes!

For this double page layout I started with a blank white background as my canvas and I really wanted to keep the focus on these gorgeous photos by Ford Family Photography of my sister's gorgeous family!

I added pops of the Cienna patterned papers to border my photos using a 2 1/2" circle punch.

Then I picked through the embellishments from the line, my beloved collection of paper bows and some of my Color Cast Designs wood veneers to embellish here and there as I saw fit!

I love how this page came out!

As. If. Like. Totally...

Hello! As we head into Mother's Day weekend I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and get some "you" time in!

There is a new feature each Sunday in the Paper Issues {Friends and Fans} group on Facebook called Scraplift Sunday! Each Sunday we pick one of the layout that a design team member created from  from the previous week for you to lift!

Last Sunday the amazing Meaghen Calder created this layout as part of the April Printable Roundup.  I was inspired to pull our the Pinkfresh Studio Up In The Clouds line and lifted Meaghen like so...

This line is so fun! The perfect line for those teenager selfies stolen from my kid!

I don't think I will ever get enough gold in scrapbooking!

"As. If..." the thought I am convinced that is ALWAYS on the tip of her tongue!

Thank you for stopping by today! Be sure to check out all the new goodies in the Paper Issues shop and use the code "Becky" for 20% off your entire order!

Swag Bag meets Snarky Stamps...

I put together this layout of our crazy neighbor enjoying a refreshing brewsky on our new lawn. Using the March Swag Bag and the Freaking Sentiments Stamps from Snarky Stamps sold exclusively by Paper Issues, I was perfectly able to convey my thoughts upon seeing this photo posted to our neighborhood Facebook page via this layout. My neighbors are freaking AWE-some!!!

I love that there was a half sheet of stickers from Bella Blvd in this month's kit! These black and white sentiments work so well with everything!

I had to sneak in some of the acrylic ampersands from Color Cast Designs that I adore, otherwise everything else on this layout is from the Swag Bag. No page is complete without an &!

I used the new hombre inks from Hero Arts to stamp my title! I. So in love with how it came out. I added some hand doodling and called it done!

Even this speech bubble die cut from the swag bag worked perfectly with my "WTF" theme! LOL

Sketchy Saturday...

Hello my Paper People! There is a brand new sketch up on the Paper Issues blog today based off an awesome layout for Nicole Nowosad.

You can find more inspiration from Nicole on her Blog and her Instagram account!

I used the new Fancy Pants Office Suite line for this adorable photo of my niece with her tushie flapping in the breeze!

This line had great embellishments including die cut labels, ephemera, buttons and flair!

I'm also crushing on the new texture of the patterned paper that Fancy Pants used for this line. It reminds me of the Bazzill Orange Peel texture.

 And I mean...that little tushie!!

Thanks for stopping by and taking a look. Don't forget that you can find all the Paper Issues sketches here!
